There is a lot of noise in the investment world. The way to differentiate yourself is to demonstrate signal. The power of your ideas and interests, when used correctly, can speak much louder than your college degree. In every project whether it's a class you take or a research theme you pursue during an internship, job, or just personally, you should always have an attitude of "what can I add to my portfolio?"
